Return Policy

As a DIOXNATUR customer, you may request a full or partial return of products purchased through our website within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without providing any justification.

You may return any item purchased from DIOXNATUR, with the return shipping costs being your responsibility. DIOXNATUR will cover the return shipping costs only in the following cases:

  • If the item has a manufacturing defect.

  • If the wrong item was sent, provided it remains sealed in its original packaging and shows no signs of use.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that have been opened and, for reasons of hygiene or health protection, cannot be returned once unsealed.

Product Return Procedure

Once we receive your returned item, we will contact you to confirm the refund or replacement of the product. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

DIOXNATUR will cover the return shipping costs for products with manufacturing defects or if we have sent the wrong item, provided the product has not been used and the original seal remains intact. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

The original seal must remain intact for all returns. Therefore, DIOXNATUR does not accept returns of unsealed products. We recommend checking that your products arrive in perfect condition before accepting the delivery.

Order Cancellation (Right of Withdrawal)

You may cancel your order free of charge provided it has not yet been shipped by DIOXNATUR. In this case, we will issue a full refund immediately.

What if the order has already been shipped?
If your order is already in transit, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by refusing delivery, provided you have informed us in advance. In this case, both the outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, and the remaining balance will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days.

Cash on Delivery Orders

This shipping method has an estimated delivery time of 24 to 48 hours. If the parcel is returned, you will be charged for both the outbound shipping and the return shipping costs. If these charges are not paid, you will no longer be able to place Cash on Delivery orders through our website.

Orders Collected from a Post Office

This shipping method has an estimated delivery time of 48 to 72 hours. If the parcel is returned because it was not collected within the specified period, you will be charged for both the outbound shipping and the return shipping costs.

Refused Orders

If you refuse delivery of an order, you will be refunded only the value of the products, except in the situations described in this Return Policy. Likewise, if the shipment is returned to DIOXNATUR because incorrect delivery information was provided or because you were unavailable to receive it, the order will be considered refused, and both the outbound and return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

DIOXNATUR reserves the right to modify the contents, shipping rates, products, services, and commercial offers available on this website at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page before making a purchase, as placing an order implies acceptance of this Return Policy.
