Our CDS Manufacturing Kit is designed to help you easily create high-quality CDS at home, using the chemical process in a completely safe and effective manner, tailored to your needs. This kit includes everything you need for the process.

What does the CDS manufacturing kit contain?

  • 1 bottle of 25% Sodium Chlorite 140ml
  • 1 bottle of 4% Hydrochloric Acid Activator 140ml
  • 1 500 ml airtight glass jar with silicone rubber.
  • 1 10 ml syringe
  • 1 small 3.7 cl glass cup
  • 1 250 ml glass bottle ideal for safely storing and transporting the prepared solution.

How do I make my CDS?

  1. Open the airtight jar and add 250 ml of double-distilled water.
  2. Add 5 ml of sodium chlorite into the small glass.
  3. Add 5 ml of activator to the same glass.
  4. Shake the mixture briefly and quickly place the glass into the jar, sealing it tightly.
  5. Store the jar in a dark place at room temperature for 24 hours.
  6. After 24 hours, open the jar, remove the glass with the residue and discard its contents.
  7. Prepare the mixture again in the small glass with 5 ml of sodium chlorite and 5 ml of activator, place the glass in the jar, close it and store in the same place.
  8. After another 24 hours, remove and discard the remaining contents from the glass. Close the jar and place it in the refrigerator.
  9. Once cooled, transfer the contents of the jar to a 250 ml glass bottle for dosing and storage. Keep refrigerated.

Precautions:Perform the process in a well-ventilated area and do not breathe clo2 vapors.
